Community Manager at Rolling Meadows MHC – Mountain Home, Arkansas

Please join us in celebrating Nicole S., our March 2025 Employee of the Month! Nicole manages Rolling Meadows Mobile Home Community in Mountain Home, Arkansas – a place that holds deep personal meaning to her and her family.

Nicole will mark four years with Osprey Management in May, but her roots in Rolling Meadows go back much further. The park was originally built and owned by her family, and when we acquired it, her father suggested she continue managing it because she knew the property inside and out. That legacy is still alive today in how Nicole runs the community – with a strong sense of family, familiarity, and heart.

“I like it here. They treat you like family,” Nicole says of her time with Osprey Management. That spirit carries through in her day-to-day operations. She takes pride in the close-knit relationships with tenants, maintaining that "mom and pop" feel the community has always known – even under new ownership.

Nicole is supported every step of the way by her husband, Ben, who she calls her “right-hand man” in keeping the park running smoothly. Together, they manage the property while also raising five wonderful children, caring for dogs, cats, chickens, and horses, and fully embracing the farm life they love so much.

Born and raised in Mountain Home, Nicole is a true local who not only manages with dedication but also serves her residents in another unique way – as a registered nurse, affectionately known as the “community nurse” by her tenants. Whether she’s answering health questions or making a house call, Nicole’s compassion shines through in all she does.
