February 2025 MHC Manager Highlight: Christy W.

Bismarck, ND Portfolio Community Manager – Apple Creek MHC, Countryside MHC, and Parktown MHC

We’re excited to recognize Christy W. as our February 2025 Employee of the Month! Since joining us in November 2024, Christy has hit the ground running as the portfolio community manager for Apple Creek, Countryside, and Parktown Mobile Home Communities in Bismarck, North Dakota.

After years in the automotive industry, Christy was ready for a new challenge – something more rooted in community and home life. She found just that with Osprey Management, where her strong leadership and relationship-building skills quickly stood out. “I love the work,” she says. “I thrive in a managerial role as I am constantly being challenged by the work. Building relationships with tenants and accomplishing tasks in a timely manner brings me real satisfaction.”

Originally from Mandan, ND, Christy brings a local’s knowledge and a strong sense of responsibility to her role. She grew up on a farm surrounded by animals, which instilled in her the energy and work ethic she brings to her communities every day.

At home, life is just as dynamic and busy – she’s engaged to a wonderful fiancé, has two grown sons at home, six stepchildren, and is kept busy with a small zoo of five cats and two dogs.
