Clover Estates Mobile Home Community’s New Playground Is Open!

We’re thrilled to announce that our brand-new playground is now officially open for play! This exciting addition to our community is more than just a fun place to play – it’s a space designed to bring families together, encourage active lifestyles, and create lasting memories for even our youngest residents.

The new playground is located right in the heart of our community, easily accessible for all families. It features a range of safe, modern equipment suitable for children of all ages. Whether your child loves climbing, swinging, or sliding, there’s something here to keep them entertained for hours!

What You’ll Find at the Playground

We’ve designed the playground with both fun and safety in mind. Here are just a few of the features children can enjoy:

• Climbing structures to build confidence and motor skills
• Swings for toddlers and older children
• A large slide
• Picnic tables and seating for parents and caregivers
• Mulch ground cover for added safety
• Grassy areas for relaxed afternoons
• Trash cans to dispose of any waste.

All equipment meets current safety standards to provide peace of mind while your children play.

As always, we ask that you supervise children while playing, keep the area clean, and be respectful of others so that everyone can enjoy their time there. Our playground is open for play until the curfew 10PM.
