We're thrilled to recognize Eric Z. as our April 2025 Employee of the Month for his exceptional leadership at Westwood Lake MHC in Warren, Ohio!

With nearly four years of dedication to Westwood Lake MHC, Eric brings a deep passion for community management and a strong connection to the area he's always called home. Drawn to the role by the immense potential and the chance to build on his background in manufactured housing management, Eric has become an integral part of our mission and vision.

What Eric values most about working at Westwood Lake is “the tremendous support from a diverse team of dedicated professionals, as well as the opportunity for growth and development.” He’s especially proud of his contributions to executing the company’s vision and seeing the positive transformation of the community under his leadership.

Outside of work, Eric enjoys everything the great outdoors has to offer, and his true joy is spending time with his wife of 18 years, Deanna, who he calls his rock, and their 10 grandchildren.
